PRODUCTS AND SIZING

I’m not sure which size I am, can you help me?

If you have any questions regarding the sizing and fit, we are happy to help. You can find the individual size chart on the product page under the 'Size Guide' tab. All other important sizing details will be listed in the product description.

If you are still unsure about which size to choose, please contact us at care@sazastudios.com before placing your order and we will be more than happy to assist.

An item I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

All our pieces are made by hand with care, and to honour our commitment and values in sustainability, we produce in smaller quantities to minimise excess and waste. As a result, our collections are thoughtfully limited.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is your shipping policy?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all UK mainland orders over £150. Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail and tracked.

International shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

We currently offer flat rate shipping for qualifying international orders. Further details can be found at checkout.

Orders returned to Saza Studios by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to further reshipment costs.

When will my order be shipped?

As a small, dedicated team, we carefully pack each order in-house to ensure everything is just right. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped.

Duties and Taxes

International orders maybe be subject to customs, clearance or duties fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

For further details on potential customs and duties fees, we advise contacting your local customs office directly.

I have not received my order yet

Please note that once your items been successfully shipped by Saza Studios, they are in your care now.

Saza Studios cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses, or any missing, stolen or lost shipments after they are handed over to the carrier. If for any reason your item is missing after being marked 'delivered', we recommend you file a claim directly with the carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your pieces, but understand that things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer full store credit upon satisfactory receipt of your return.

Please contact us at care@sazastudios.com within 10 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with all original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if these conditions are met.

We recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping method and do not accept liability for any lost returns. Please note original shipping charges will not be credited back, and we do not cover return postage costs.

At this moment, and as a very small business, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for items that are not faulty or damaged.

Can I exchange my order?

We offer exchanges in the case of sizing issues. To request an exchange please contact us at care@sazastudios.com for assistance.

Once approved, you must return your order in it's original condition with all original packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping method and do not accept liability for any lost returns. Please note we do not cover return postage or reshipment costs.

What if i receive and incorrect or faulty item?

We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. However, in the unlikely case of receiving an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at care@sazastudios.com within 48 hours of delivery for further assistance. If this is found to be the case, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, outside of this timeframe we are unable to help. Kindly note acceptance of returns for incorrect or faulty items is subject to thorough inspection and approval at the discretion of Saza Studios.
